These Terms of Service set out general terms for this website and for PEARIVET software products. PEARIVET is an independent software brand and the provider of Compliance Pulse.

Use of Compliance Pulse may also be subject to the applicable end-user or license terms presented through the platform where the app is distributed.

Our products

PEARIVET builds software products, starting with Compliance Pulse. Compliance Pulse is a PEARIVET operational tracking tool for Jira. It helps teams keep track of obligations, responsible owners, due dates, statuses, evidence and comments, and supporting files. Information on this website describes our products in general terms and may change as the products develop.

Availability, licensing, subscriptions and pricing for Compliance Pulse may be provided through the Atlassian Marketplace. They are subject to the applicable Marketplace and end-user terms presented at the time of acquisition.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information and files you enter into or upload to Compliance Pulse. You are also responsible for deciding whether the app is appropriate for your needs.

Not professional advice or a compliance system

Compliance Pulse is not legal, accounting, regulatory or professional advice, and it does not guarantee regulatory compliance. It is not a certified compliance system and it is not an immutable audit system.

Acceptable use

Please use this website and our products lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• submit or upload content you are not authorized to use or share
• interfere with, disrupt or misuse the website or our products

Atlassian, Jira, Forge and other third-party names, trademarks and technologies remain the property of their respective owners.

Compliance Pulse is an operational tracking tool. It does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, regulatory compliance, or any particular business outcome.

Where applicable, additional warranty and liability terms may be governed by the end-user or license terms associated with the app’s distribution.
