Our approach

PEARIVET is an independent software brand building practical tools for business teams. This page is where we share security and trust information about our products as it is confirmed.

Product security

Compliance Pulse is an Atlassian Forge app for Jira. It runs on Atlassian's Forge hosted infrastructure and uses Forge hosted storage.

Compliance Pulse is designed with a limited permission scope. The current Forge app manifest declares only the storage:app scope, which is used for the app’s own Forge-hosted storage. Compliance Pulse does not currently request Jira scopes to read issues, projects, comments or other Jira content. Users enter the information they choose to manage directly in Compliance Pulse.

Data handled by the app

Information entered into Compliance Pulse may include obligations, responsible owners, due dates, evidence and comments, statuses, and supporting files uploaded by users. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

Platform security and hosting

Because Compliance Pulse uses Atlassian Forge hosted storage, application data is stored within Atlassian's Forge infrastructure. Platform-level security, encryption at rest and supported data-residency capabilities are provided by Atlassian as part of the Forge platform. They are Atlassian's capabilities, not PEARIVET certifications or controls. For details, refer to Atlassian's Forge documentation.

Certifications and standards

PEARIVET does not currently claim any security certifications, audits or compliance standards for itself or for Compliance Pulse.

If you have a security question, or want to report a vulnerability or other problem you have found, please email us at support@pearivet.com with as much detail as you can. We do not promise a specific response time. Please do not include passwords or other sensitive personal information in your message.
