PEARIVET is an independent software brand and the developer of Compliance Pulse, a Forge app for Jira. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with this website (pearivet.com) and with Compliance Pulse.

Information you send us

If you email us at support@pearivet.com, we receive the information you include in your message, such as your name, your email address and the details of your question. We use it to read and respond to your message.

This website

The current PEARIVET website does not intentionally use analytics or advertising tracking technologies, marketing cookies or profiling.

Our hosting provider may use technologies necessary to deliver and operate the website, and the site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser may contact Google's servers when you visit a page.

Compliance Pulse

Compliance Pulse is a Forge app for Jira. Information entered into the app may include:

• obligation names
• responsible owners
• due dates
• evidence and comments
• status information
• supporting files uploaded by users

Compliance Pulse uses Atlassian Forge hosted storage. Application data is stored within Atlassian's Forge infrastructure, not in a separate database operated by PEARIVET. Forge persistent storage is scoped by app installation. Atlassian provides platform-level encryption at rest and data-residency capabilities for Forge hosted storage.

Supporting files uploaded in Compliance Pulse are part of this application data and are handled through Atlassian Forge hosted storage.

Support and access to data

PEARIVET does not routinely access customer data stored in Compliance Pulse. When you contact us for support, any access to or handling of information is limited to what is necessary to respond to your request and to what the platform makes available.

Sharing information

PEARIVET does not sell information submitted through Compliance Pulse. Information may be processed through Atlassian infrastructure as necessary to operate the Forge app.

Retention

Information in Compliance Pulse remains stored as necessary for the app to operate, until it is deleted or replaced through the app. This is subject to Atlassian Forge's platform data lifecycle. Atlassian currently documents a 28-day retention period for hosted storage following app uninstallation, so data is not necessarily deleted immediately when the app is uninstalled.
